Rhaphiolepis Snow Maiden is a hardy evergreen hedging shrub with an upright growth habit. It’s spreading branched form a dense, round bush. This plant has shiny dark green foliage with subtly perfumed white flowers in summer. It is a relatively low maintenance plant, which once established will require minimal watering as it is resilient to drought, salt, wind, heat, and frost. Rhaphiolepis Snow Maiden makes an excellent informal, low border, the foliage contrasts well when planted with Rhaphiolepsis Spring Pearl. Mass plant in garden beds for a striking foliage effect. A useful plant for underplanting trees because of its ability to perform well in semi-shaded areas. Will make for a lovely small container plant as well.
