Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or replacements if you change your mind about a product. However, we are happy to issue a credit note, provided:

Credit notes are valid for 3 years and must be used in a single transaction.

Change of Mind on Plants
Refunds are not available for change of mind on plants.
Consumer Guarantees for Plants
Diaco’s will offer a refund, repair, or replacement for plants that have issues covered under our guarantees. For example:

Condition at the Time of Sale
Plants sold “as is” (e.g., discounted due to minor damage or reduced quality) will be clearly labeled. These sales are final, and returns are not accepted for the disclosed condition.

We are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or credit notes for plants that fail to thrive due to:
- Incorrect care, such as overwatering or underwatering.
- Planting in unsuitable conditions.
- Failure to follow the care instructions provided.
Online Purchases
For orders placed online:
- If an item is not in stock, we will provide a full refund or an exchange, depending on your preference.
- Refunds for online purchases will be processed promptly.
