Frequently Asked Questions
If you need any further assistance feel free to contact a member of Diaco’s Garden Nursery team.
Will I receive Diaco’s loyalty points if I shop online?
There are many ways to earn points with Diaco’s, whether you shop in-store or online. If shopping on the website customer service will process your earned points for you. Or if purchasing items at a store make sure you show your loyalty card at checkout!
I ordered something online, what’s next?
The Diaco’s team will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order.
A simple request can lead to an exciting event! When ordering from our store, a friendly member of the Diaco’s Team is always available and ready at hand for any questions or concerns that may arise during checkout process. If we don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, they’ll be happy to point out other great options on the site so there are no surprises when delivery day arrives!
Why are some prices different in store from online?
Diaco’s online store is independent of our location. Maybe you can find a better deal on Diacos’ products if your local garden nursery doesn’t have the product for sale, but be careful that shipping and handling costs might make it more expensive than buying from the shop in person!
What if my items are unavailable?
When you place an order with us, we are committed to providing the best products. If something is out of season or unavailable, our customer service team will help find a replacement so that your project can be completed on time and without problems. However, if this isn’t what you need please let us know and we will gladly give back any funds due immediately.
Why do the Diaco’s Garden Nurseries have more stock than the online store?
The Diaco’s Garden Nursery features one of the most comprehensive selections in your area. Come to our store if you want to explore all that we have on offer. Our online store sells our best and most popular products/plants. It only has a quarter of the stock that is available at a Diaco’s Garden Nursery.
If I have a trade card will I receive my trade discount online?
No, unfortunately, trade cardholders do not receive their discount when using the online store. If you would like to benefit from the trade discount, click on request quote to start the process.
How do pot sizes work?
Pot-sizes can help estimate the age of your plant, here is a general guide:
