A mat-forming succulent groundcover with daisy flowers that open in sunny weather. The fleshy, crystalline leaves have a glistening quality in the light. Flowers heavily from spring through summer. Mesembryanthemum produce a variety of colour red, yellow, white, pink, purple and orange

Drought tolerant and low maintenance. Grows in full sun with well-drained sandy soil. Works in rockeries, sunny slopes, coastal gardens, and hanging pots. Protect from heavy frost.
