Description
A red hot poker with soft, buttery-yellow flower spikes that rise above clumps of grassy foliage in summer and autumn. The warm, creamy tones are gentler than the typical red-and-orange poker varieties. Attracts nectar-feeding birds.
Grows to around 80cm. Plant in full sun with well-drained soil. Drought tolerant and frost hardy. Works well in borders, mixed perennial plantings, and mass-planted for effect.
