Description

A hardy native shrub with globe-shaped, red and cream pincushion flowers in winter — one of the more striking native flowers. The leathery, blue-green foliage provides year-round structure. Attracts honeyeaters and other native birds.

Grows to around 3m. Plant in full sun with well-drained soil. Drought tolerant and frost hardy once established. Works as a feature plant, screen, or in mixed native plantings. Low maintenance.
