Description
A low-growing, spreading banksia with large, fern-like leaves and cream-yellow cone-shaped flower spikes from spring through summer. The flowers attract honeyeaters and other native birds. An unusual groundcover banksia.
Grows in full sun to part shade with well-drained soil. Handles a range of Melbourne soil types. Low maintenance once established. Works in native gardens, rockeries, and garden edges.
