The Steps
How it works
Booking is easy—schedule online in just a few clicks. We’ll visit your home for a 1-hour consultation at $289. We’ll discuss your goals and design ideas to find the best solution. Any orders over $5,000 credits back the call-out fee. Let’s grow your dream garden together!
Step 1 On-Site Consultation – $289
Our garden design process begins with a 1-hour on-site consultation. One of our experienced team members will visit your home to discuss your goals, ideas, and vision. We’ll take into account key site conditions like size, sun, orientation, and location factors. This session is all about understanding your needs and providing professional insight. After the visit, we’ll follow up with an email summary of the consultation including suggested next steps.
Step 2: Design Services from $89/hour
After your consultation, we offer optional design services, starting at $89/hour with a 2-hour minimum per service. This can include curated plant selections and custom planting plans. For larger projects, we can coordinate with landscapers if hardscaping is required. Choose the support you need—we’ll tailor it to your vision.
Step 3: Presentation and Ongoing Support
We’ll meet with you at one of our nurseries to walk you through your tailored plant list, placement ideas, and pricing. From there, you can choose to DIY, work with our team for plant placement, or engage a trusted landscaper. Whatever your path, we’re here to support you with advice, resources, and ongoing help to keep your garden thriving.

Terms
Our goal is to make your garden design experience with us absolutely fantastic. Here are our general service terms for your reference. Remember, we’re always here to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.
1. Call-out fee: $289 (includes an hour of time). We will charge a one-time call-out fee to cover the cost of our team visiting your property to assess your needs and provide a consultation. Includes an overview and summary of our meet.
2. Hourly rate: $89. Our team will charge an hourly rate for any design work or plant placement that we undertake.
3. Credit for orders over $5000. For larger projects, we will provide a credit for the hourly rate that will be applied to your final bill.
4. Flexible appointments. We understand that our customers have busy schedules, so we will work with you to arrange a convenient appointment time.
5. Comprehensive services. Our planting service may include plant placement, planting, and consultation for pest and disease problems or soil salinity.
6. On-site design review. Our team can meet with you on-site to discuss your design needs and provide a finished sketch for your review.
7. Payment terms. Clients may pay the actual design fee and a minimum deposit of 50% for plant orders. Full payment is due upon delivery.
