Dwarf Sacred Bamboo

Description

A compact evergreen shrub growing to around 60cm with fine, puckered foliage. New growth emerges lime green in spring and summer, then turns deep scarlet through autumn and winter — year-round foliage colour with no effort.

Hardy and low maintenance. Tolerates most soil types, full sun to part shade, and drought once established. Produces small white flowers in spring and red berries in winter that attract birds. Works well in borders, low hedges, containers, and mixed plantings.
