Description
A compact, prolific Spanish olive variety producing small fruit with a rich, buttery flavour — one of the best for home olive oil production. Also good as a table olive. Self-fertile and early cropping. The slender, grey-green foliage is attractive year-round.
Grows to around 5m. Plant in full sun with well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Suits Melbourne’s warm, dry summers. Works in the ground or in a large container.
