Description
An evergreen Mediterranean herb with aromatic, dark green, needle-like leaves and a silvery underside. Bright blue flowers appear in abundance along the stems in winter and spring, attracting bees. One of the most versatile kitchen herbs — used in roasts, breads, marinades, and more.
Grows to around 1-1.5m. Plant in full sun with well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Works in garden beds, herb gardens, and large pots. Harvest sprigs year-round.
Botanical name: Salvia rosmarinus
