Description
A compact Japanese maple with deep crimson-red foliage from spring through autumn. The leaves are finely lobed and densely packed, giving the plant a full, rounded form. One of the smaller maples — stays naturally tidy without much pruning.
Grows to around 1.5m. Plant in morning sun with afternoon shade and moist, well-drained soil. Suits pots, courtyards, and small Melbourne gardens. Protect from hot afternoon sun and strong winds.
