Zucchini Lebanese

Description

A light-skinned Lebanese zucchini with a mild, sweet flavour and tender flesh. Prolific cropper through the warm months. The slender, pale green fruit is popular in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking — good grilled, stuffed, or in stir-fries. Pick young for the best eating.

Plant in full sun with rich, well-drained soil after the last frost. Water regularly. Works in garden beds and large containers. Feed through the growing season.
