Sterling silver is a wonderful mounding plant that is very hardy tolerating coastal conditions, windy sites and almost any soil type as long as it is well drained

With its silvery leaves and yellow rod-like flowers during spring it is a great addition to any garden. It is also useful as a low screen and good for controlling soil erosion
