If you enjoy the looks and feel of an old-fashioned garden, then Boston Fern – Nephrolepis Exaltata is for you.

They are beautiful plants with delicate, curled fronds that form a graceful weeping shape. They make excellent indoor or outdoor houseplants and can grow in part-shaded areas. There are suited to pots and hanging baskets indoors or outdoors on patios or verandas.

When watering, make sure you don’t let its roots stay soaking wet at any point; rather give them enough time to absorb water by letting the excess liquid flow away or drain down the pot.

To keep these plants healthy and happy use mist sprayers during dry periods when planted outside: just aim one gentle stream into each leaf cuvette on sunny days!

Make sure you prepare the soil before planting. This includes adding a complete garden fertilizer and then working in some more of that great stuff!

Cultivate at least 15 cm deep, for the best result – add animal manure or compost into your pots along with your organic potting mix.
