Chinese Star Jasmine

Description

One of the most popular climbing plants in Melbourne gardens. Evergreen, with small, fragrant white star-shaped flowers that cover the plant in summer. Dark, glossy foliage looks good year-round.

Fast growing and will quickly cover walls, fences, trellises, and archways. Drought tolerant once established. Prefers well-drained soil and at least four hours of sun daily. Prune after flowering to shape. If it gets too big, cut hard in winter — it bounces back in spring.
