Description
An improved culinary bay laurel with dense, glossy foliage and rich, aromatic leaves. The compact growth and robust branching make it a neat, attractive plant for both the garden and kitchen. Leaves are used fresh or dried in soups, stews, sauces, and casseroles.
Grows to around 4m if left unpruned, but responds well to regular harvesting and shaping. Plant in full sun to part shade with well-drained soil. Frost tolerant and long-lived.
