Description
An ornamental citrus with variegated green and cream-striped foliage and small, oval, edible fruit with a sweet rind and tart flesh. Fragrant white flowers in spring. The variegated leaves make it a decorative specimen even when not in fruit.
Grows to around 2m. Plant in a warm, sunny position with well-drained soil. Feed with citrus fertiliser. Well suited to pots and courtyards in Melbourne. Eat fruit fresh or use in preserves and marmalades.
